Combine lists

Hi Guys, I can not figure out how to combine lists.
EG
Colum A the list for each cells are CAR; BIKE;ROLARBLADE
Colum B the list for each cells are SUN; RAIN; GRAY

NOW we can combine this into 9 differnt options.

How do I combine with a macro or formular ?
I have done this manual. I would like ecel to do this for me!


I want the sheet to write out all the combination and fill in cells.

SO the END result will be

A B
CAR SUN
CAR RAIN
CAR GRAY
BIKE SUN
BIKE RAIN
BIKE GRAY
ROLARBLADE SUN
ROLARBLADE RAIN
ROLARBLADE GRAY

Then I want the total combination in C
CAR;SUN
CAR:RAIN
CAR;GRAY
BIKE;SUN
BIKE;RAIN
BIKE;GRAY
ROLARBLADE:SUN
ROLARBLADE;RAIN
ROLARBLADE;GRAY

C list of 3 choices
D list of 2 choices

If I add another item eg in the field B8 then this is not updated into the combibnations. What am I doing wrong.?
