Fix the size of a form in Access 2007

Hi all,

Can i fix the size of the form in Access 2007?I do not want the user to minimize or maximize form ?

Is there a way to do this?

Yes,

Open the form in design view, go to the properties for the form, on the format tab there are all kinds of options for this very thing. Min Max Buttons is one.
