Separating numbers from a text

Hi Guys

I have a text of numbers about 15000 of them that i only need a few numbers from. I need to separate the numbers highlighted in red, how do i do that in Access? I know how to use the function MID in excel but not sure how to do it in Access. Is there a macro or code i can use?

T0IQ0512010000014010001900 i need to separate the numbers highlighed in red

Assuming the numbers are in the same location then you can use VBA or Queries

What do you want to do with the number once it has been extracted
What table & filed is the data in now
