I want to create an access data base where temps enter in their hours by the following:

Account name
Supervisor name
Director name
Manager name
Region
Division
maybe a few more.....
Temp name(some temps do work for other temps)

The hours are to be entered by day/week/month for an entire year.

So I have a table linking the account name, supervisor, director and so on, what is my next step?
