I will try and explain this as best I can. I have complied a database and I was wondering are you able to add a large amount of data into one cell and by clicking on the cell all the data comes up on the screen?
To be more specific I have a database with horses names and there best number at a certain distance. I get this data from an excel sheet which can sometimes have 20 of the horses distances and numbers, to which i then take the best and add it to the database. Is there are way of adding a tab/box whereas by going to that i can access the whole of the numbers and not just the best number i have?

Okay i think i am getting somewhere. I have managed to import the necessary data from excel into access and it is on the side of the navigation bar. Am i able to add a kind of hyperlink so that when i go to a certain cell on access it will take me to the sheet i have imported from excel?

I thing you can do with pivot tables.
