Thread: Access Switchboards

I have a medical data base in Access, and I need to add a switch to it that will open up the update sheets in Excel with a click on the switchboard. my appointment schedule and accounting information is in Excel and when I make an appointment for a patient it will update in Access, but I need a switchboard for my opening screen with the buttons to open up excel appointment schedule. does anyone have any Ideas on how to do this.

I will try to help you. My Access (2003) Database has Excel reports that are created from the data using VBA Object Code. It uses a Access form to allow the user to enter parameters.
I also take Excel, harvest specific data patterns, validate it, and import it into Access.

Can you provide a little more description about the order of your process, the objects and the data flow between them.
