    [Solved] Ignoring Blanks in Access

    Hi Everyone,

I created an append query in Access 2007 to gather the data from my source (an excel sheet) however it is copying the blank spaces. Does anyone know how can i tell access not append anything if the source is empty?

    Would really appreciate your help.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi crazysniper,

You want to put Not IsNull in the Criteria of the field you are appending.

    Hope this helps,

    Dan
