How to limit options based on other box values?

I'm an access 2007 programming newbie and here is my problem.

I'm working on a db for traffic lights in my town. There are 5 different devices on many different streets that control traffic lights. Every device has with different errors that can happen and must be documented. I need to make my form for entering interventions - when I enter a street, he only allows errors on that tipe of device. What kind of programming is needed to accomplish that. The relationships are in the pic.
Thank you in advance for your help

You will need to create a query to extract the information you desire. It should contain the fields/tables you want to have information on including the street. In the criteria for the street field, place the name of the street.
