Evening All,
I've been in the process of converting my excel program to access. I'm trying to figure out how to change the color of multiple text boxes. The color needs to change depending on the text diplay in the box. The final form will have close to 200 boxes. The text will always be a set of numbers. Ex. 1-0, 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4...., 2-0, 2-1, 2-2, 2-3, 2-4.... and so on with the possiblity all the way up to 99-0, 99-1, 99-2, 99-3, 99-4..... I need all the boxes with text 1- to be one color and all the boxes with 2- to be another color and repeat until all the boxes are filled. Attached is my sample BD.
Thanks
E.

You can use conditional formatting. Open your form in design view. Right click on the text box you want to conditionally format. Select conditional formatting.

Hello Alan,
The final form will have over 200 boxes and each box will have the possibility of 90 different colors, and each box will have the possiblity of 90 different sets of numbers, conditional formatting won't work.
