Record lookup with 2 Combo boxes

Okay I am having trouble with this. I have rep contact form I am trying to create that I want to have a combo box to select the rep which will filter the second combo box to only the contacts for the rep selected in the first combo box.

I wrote come VBA, but can't get the "Contact" field to only show the records related to the "Reps" Field. The "Contact" field goes to the first contact in the field, but still shows the remaining contacts not related to the rep selected. can get them to show the values, but I can't get them to change the data in the other fields listed on the for. have attached a dummy file for reference. The code is below:
