    Date/Time Calculation Producing Strange Result

    FieldA and FieldB are being pulled from an ODBC connection, and both fields are formatted as Date/Time.

    FieldA = 1/26/2015 00:01:00
    FieldB = 1/25/2015 21:57:02

    I'm trying to use an expression to show the difference.

    FieldA - FieldB = 20357.56

    What is this?

    Actually what is your expected result?

    Expected result should be in Days or Minutes or Seconds or in which format?

    Use concerned functions with the field based on your expected result.

    Holy crap.

    I knew it wasn't the correct decimal. I even double checked counts of seconds, minutes, hours, etc.

    Final answer: FieldA - FieldB = 2 ":" 03 ":" 57.56

    You get a gold star. Whoever designed this database gets a brown star.
