    Help with Table totals

    I have attached a simple table which includes drop down options for columns C, D, E

    I am hoping that the SUM line (47) can be designed to show only the totals for the items selected.

    For example....if "Jaya" is selected for Column E...the Totals on Line 47 should just be for Jaya items. .... and likewise for any other selections.

    I'm sure it is easy....I'm just a newbie....THANKS !Sample Marketing Report.xlsx

    Put this in 47 (F47)
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    Then drag across to the other cells on 47

    Yes...I understand that I can do that for "Jaya"....but what if I want the totals to change with each selection from the Column E drop down. If I put that formula in Line 47, it won't give me total for "Geetha" when her name is selected. And I don't want to have to manually change Line 47 formulas each time. Is there not a function to sum "only" the items listed after the drop down has been selected?
