Merge a robust Access Database used for proj planning btwn multiple users into Office 365

Our firm has been using an Access Database developed by one of our consultants. The front end has a login for each user, then inside we have projects, clients, invoices, billing, calendars, schedules, etc. Is it possible to merge the Access program into Office 365 somehow and keep the same functions?

Its a scheduling program. How can we take the database and merge it to be used in the Office 365 portal. Can that happen? Where the information we put in the calendar in the access database shows up on the global 365 calendar, and our tasks show up in the 365 task list, etc.

Are you asking about the web versions or the locally installed versions? It shouldn't be any different if all the applications are locally installed
