I initially had some great help establishing tables for my database but I forgot what forum and the person that was so helpful. Sometimes, age has its rewards and sometimes age...um...what was I saying?
Now I am attempting to figure out how to populate the tables with data from Excel. I have read I can import and or link excel sheets but this seems to store them in the DB (correct me if Im wrong).
What I think I am facing is reading from an excel sheet and pupulating tables via VBA, Im pretty good with VBA just need to learn Access VBA commands.
Any help, hints, tips or examples is appreciated.
Attached is my DB and a sample excel file. There are no macros in either.![]()

If my advice has been helpful to you, then please help me by clicking on the scales and adding to my reputation, Thanks!
Could be because I used WinRAR and renamed to ZIP.
Here is another copy. The file is actually a RAR file, if you have trouble viewing or extracting change the extension to RAR.
p.s.
I remembered the forum: www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums
