I have a number of Excel workbooks which are taking in a live connection from a Access 2007 query. Some of the computers accessing this are running Excel 2003 and are having problems obtaining live date. I thought this was purely a compatability issue with Excel 2003 but I have found some machines with Excel 2003 three opening/updating fine, but the majority not. Is there anything which I need to do on these machines to make it work correctly?
Any insight on this is greatly appreciated.
I don't have the right knowledge to help this time, but I can tell you that People will be more able to help if you provide more detail...
eg what is the code (manual approach) making the connection.
