Making a template in Excel and importing data from Access

Hi. I have a hunch u guys have had many people asking about something similar to waht im about to ask but i hope that you all will bear with me.

Now i know that if we create an access database, we could use it when we are doing say an invitation. For example, say i have a database with 300 names of my client. And i create a template in Word, say for a dinner invitation. I can import the names in the database and will have 300 invitation with a different name each.

Now i was wondering, could we actually do the same in excel. I mean say I have a hundred name and salary of workers. Could I bring all those hundred names into excel??

Say the excel template is something like this

    Name Salary
    Worker1 1000.00

    Comments
    Good worker

    Name Salary
    Worker2 1500.00

    Comments
    Minor discipline problems.

And it should continue 100 times. I hope i made it clear. Wishing for someone to help.
    Thanks in advance.
