Just need help towards doing a simple Access Database that can retrieve a list of items (3000 or so) and place it into a neat formated printable page:
Here is what I need:
I have 3000+ items in my house (some are the same (sofa, chair, table etc): and I need to have the ability to open Access simply and enter a room number or name and then allow the items populate that page/form simply: I then can print it out and inventory it every month. The house is my business and for insurance purpose I need to show a database and while I can just type one form out each month and just re-print I need to know how to do this to upgrade in the future. I just need someone to make a simple access database and show me how to run it and I'll enter all the data. So the person would make a 3 or 4 item database and spend most of his/her time making the switchboard/control board that is dummy proof. Know what I mean? Office Templates are your first option.

I revised it: Just wanted to help people by giving something back..oh well, templates are useful but not specific enough. Thanks for you comment.
