Access button to change date field

So I don't really know much about access, more of an excel guy. Recently started using it though, and I have this form that I do data entry on, and I have a date field I have to change manually for each date I want to go through. How do I go about adding a button that I can click up or down to auto change the date by 1 day either forward or backwards? I have no prob getting in design mode and doing things, just not really sure what to do, so a bit of detail may be needed. Thanks in advance for any help, it is greatly appreciated.
If more info is needed please let me know.
