I have created a query in access 2007, listing all employees and their Date Of Birth. How can i add a filter to search by a specific month.

Are you interested in generating a query for your filter? Do you want it in a report? Or do you just wish to have it on your form. Some more details would help to understand where and how you wish to filter.

Thanks for responding.
i am interested in generating a query for my filter.
In a new field in your query, type MonthDate: Month(FieldNameHavingDateofBirth)
Now in the criteria for the new field, put whatever month you want to filter on, using the month numbers, ie. 1= January, 2= February, etc.
