    can anyone create this screen for me in access

    Dear Users

    I need a access screen where i can copy and paste the data from the site and report should come in excel format. i don want to paste everytime in every column one by one.

    below mentioned entry is one entry

    Softron Inc.
    Address: 1111 abcdedf St.
    placename, india
    Phone: (905)111-1111
    Fax: 905-111-1111
    Category: Accountants

    everytime it should paste like this and then can download in excel file

    please help me out

    You will need to do the following to get what you want:
    • Create a query with the fields in your table that you want to display.
    • Create a report with the query above as your record source.
    • Now export your report to Excel.
    If you are new to Access, you can be lead through these steps by using the Access Wizards to get you started.

    If you strike any issues during this process, post back with your specific problems and we will attempt to help you.
