I need a access screen where i can copy and paste the data from the site and report should come in excel format. i don want to paste everytime in every column one by one.

everytime it should paste like this and then can download in excel file
please help me out

You will need to do the following to get what you want:If you are new to Access, you can be lead through these steps by using the Access Wizards to get you started.
- Create a query with the fields in your table that you want to display.
- Create a report with the query above as your record source.
- Now export your report to Excel.
