    Appending Data in Linked Tables in Access

    I have 2 xlsx tables that are linked in Access. They both have the same field names but one is for sales and the other for canceled sales. I would like to create a query to append the data and remove duplicate account numbers for a total number of sales entered in all. I am reaching out for assistance for i have hit a brick wall.

    I am not sure of what you are attempting. What data do you want to append and to what table? Perhaps you should post your db with dummy data so that no confidential information is shown and a better explanation of what specifically you wish to accomplish. Since your excel files are linked, you should post those also so that the links hold
