Smile How to create a Report from a Form containing subforms

    Thank you for your help!

First off Thank you for you interest, and especially for sharing your knowledge.

I have a form with several subforms.

The mainform recordsource is a SQL.statement.
The three subforms are queries linked to the mainform by "ItemNumber"

I need to make a Report that operates from a button that shows all Information that is presently on the screen.

    Is this possible?

    Thank You...

Does your main form have a unique identifier for the record?

Re: How to create a Report from a Form containing subforms

Can't you just set up the report using the same queries that are used on the form?
Is your code running too slowly?
Does your workbook or database have a bunch of duplicate pieces of data?
Have a look at this article to learn the best ways to set up your projects.
It will save both time and effort in the long run!
