    Help building a database

    Hi there. I´am really new to building database, i´ve tried to make my research to find the answers, but wasn´t successful...
    I´ve been working with excell pretty much and from what i´ve been thinking this is what i need:
    1 - i use one excell spreadsheet a day to register 145 trades (some days more, some days less), but the spreadsheet in essence is the same (same columns i mean);
    2 - from these trades i sum them up to make a control of the profit i have on each trade, and how much profit i make from each client.
    3 - i was thinking on simply importing these daily spreadsheets into an access database to work with it through access instead of having lots of excell go arounds.
    How can i make it automatic, i mean, how to import these spreadsheets one after the other?
    Thanks
