I have a database that was working fine yesterday. Today when I open the database, my forms are there...my queries are ther...my reports are there...but my tables a G*O*N*E. Our IT folks restored the last backup from a week ago and again...no tables. WTH?? I was using it yesterday!
Are we in the twilight zone or am I missing something really simple?
Please help me!
Don't know which version of Access you are using, so my response will be generic. Open a new database and go to import a file and import your current database. Look to see if the files are there from this prospective.
I would also check to see if the files are hidden.

I managed to hide my ables as a test. The only way I could find to unhide them was to right click on the nav bar and select nav options. Tick 'show hidden objects' and then you'll be able to sleect the hidden table to unhide it.
This was tested using Access 2007.
