I think that you will be hard pressed to find what you are looking for in a forum. However, since you are here, this is a link to something that you may find helpful in establishing your own database.

    http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/index.htm

If you have specific questions about a database, then this is the place to seek that help. What you are looking to do should not be difficult to build if you have any Access skills. It appears that it is a simple contact db with additional information.

    Thanks Alan.

My real problem is with adding the user and the way that they should be added their names in every step on what they are adding to the database, i started up by asking if there is maybe a complete database which already have this.

but the database itself i build already. so can you help me with the users ?

I am not sure I am following you. Are you asking that for every entry made on the database form, that there be a control that displays the input user's name or identification for that record?

I think that this link which covers data tracking will give you the information you are looking for

    Modify it as necessary.
