parameters in Excel for a query access

Hi all,
I have an access query that ask for date values (From and To) as parameters once runned then give me the results.
Now in Excel I would like to be able to enter the date values in two cells and have a Submit button that once clicked retrieve the query results in my sheet.
How can this be done , note that I am not familiar a lot with VBA code.
