Excel 2007 Pivot Conditional Formatting

Hi,
as I have seen Excel 2007 offers great improvment on conditional formatting within (and without) pivots.
However, if I want to assign in a pivot certain formatting rules to cells with very specific header and row dimension criteria, I don't undertand how to apply the cell selection specification.

Example:
We have 2 column dimensions (A and B) and 2 row dimensions (C and D), furthermore one header dimension (E). If I want to apply a certain formatting on all value cells which have in column dimension A values 1 and 2, in row dimension D values 3 and 4 and cell value <100, how do I phrase that in a formula?
Any help is highly appreciated
