How do I placing a comma after each email address
I have a large list of email addresses in one collom and I need each one of them to have a comma at the end so I can copy and past them to face book.
Face book requires the email addresses to be comma separated. There must be a quick way to do this. I have been trying to figure it out all week and have gotten no where. If any one could help me I would love you forever!!! thanks chris Last edited by VBA Noob; 07-16-2008 at 04:42 PM. |

in an adjacent column enter formula:
=A1&"," and copy it down... where A1 is first email address... then you can copy and paste special >> Values over the original column and delete the formula column.
