How to extract new data from old

Hi Everyone,

I was wanting to know is there a way to delete not only the duplicate but also the original column at the same time?

What i have is an old set of data and a new set of data. I want to extract all the new data from the old data and delete the rest.

Does anyone know how this is possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated on this one.

Kind regards,

Willius.
