Hi,

I need to change the data range for a pivot tables in excel 2007. In 2003 there was the option to do so in the wizard but I cant find that option in 2007. Any clues?

G'day Portuga,

Where you been ?

To change the Data Source, click inside the pivot table.

Then look at the top of the ribbon (right hand side) and I'll see extra tab appear named 'Options' and 'Design'.

Under the 'Options' tab, there a button named 'Change Data Source'.

The rest speaks for itself.

Hi Ratcat thanks for the help, its what I was looking for. Still trying to figure out the 2007 menus...

Yes, I´ve been out of action for a while and the tendency is to continue.
Decided to leave the busines analysis business and dedicate myself full time to skydiving. Now instead of a computer for a living, I throw myself from a perfectly working plane with my tandem passengers and I also teach some students.

Just do some random, part-time, excel automation work,so I dont miss it too much

Thanks again
