Hi All,
The big green guy here, just wanted to let you all know that we now have the reputation system in place, the reputation system allows you to give a visible pat on the back to those that have helped you or whose information has been helpful.

You will see an icon in every post (Light Blue scales), click this to give the reputation point to whom you think deserves it, a green square appears for a reputation with more and more adding over time.Pretty soon you will see a string of green squares appear in the top right of your posts as your reputation grows and your forum presence!

xml format

at work we use a password protected excel document for our timesheets and every time i save it excel asks me if i want to convert it to xml format but i don't want to. does any one know to make it stop asking me?

I just like to ask first what is your setting when you take the following steps

Office button > Excel Options > Save > 'Save files in this format:'

What is displayed ?

it says "excel 97-2003 workbook"

Look for 'Convert a workbook to the current file format'

If that does not help, ask yourself the origin of the original file.
