"Watermark" formatting Difference

I have a bit of code that works perfectly to create a "watermark" when using Excel 2003. The problem arises when this same code is run with Excel 2007.

The code runs with no errors, but the output is not what is expected.....

Any idea to make the effect consistant regardless of the version of Excel?
(See attached)
Thanks

Any Ideas on this?

If the macro is run on Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 you get completely different results....

Thanks
