I'm new to Exel 2007 and I'm having some trouble with the graphs.
Say I'm making a graphs on Admin Stats and I want the exact number to show on the graph. Instead of the graph being round 90 it would say 89.20. That is written on the graph.
I hope someone will be able to understand what I'm trying to say.
I would appreciate any tips or hints!
Thank you!![]()

Welcome to the forum.
Please take a few minutes to read the Forum Rules about thread titles, and then edit yours to make it descriptive of your problem.

I think that'll do.
A general rule of thumb - Make your thread title something along the lines of what you'd search for if you were to look for an answer on google. IE "Help please" is a common thread title, but won't get you very many answers, since it doesn't appeal to anyone in particular in terms of area of expertise, nor does it help anyone out who is looking for a solution in the future.
Anyways, back to your problem
Should be able to "add data labels", an option if you right click on your graph
Then right click the data labels, and choose "format data labels"
You can then choose the method in which they're represented. Choose "Number" and go with 2 decimals, or whatever works for you.

Great - I'll have a go and see how it turns out.
Thanks for your advice - I'll have a go!
