How to Rotate a Bar Graph?

How do I rotate the X and Y axis on a bar chart?

I can manually transpose the data table with paste special-transpose, but is there a quicker way that does not require creating another data table?

My data is a 10 by 12 matrix of temperature and percipatation for major cities.I need the Temperature readings (on the x axis now) to be on the Y axis.

    * The Switch Row/Column does not accomplish what I want. Because it changes the key/legend.

Select the series, and edit the series formula to reverse the order of appearance of the x and y data.

Or grab the boxes that marquee the data, and move them. Grab the x marquee and moved it temporarily out of the way, drag the y marquee to cover the x data, and drag the x marquee to cover the y data.
