Question Sorting Columns so that all data moves around together

So it's been about 9 years since ive had to play with excess to any extent, much less the asthetically new 2007 version...essentially, here is my questions:

    I have 3 collumns- NAMES(A), EMAILS(B), and PHONE#'s(C)

This is a running list that i need to be able to input new contacts into later, then resort alphabetically.
How can i lock the emails and phone contacts together to stay with the names when resorted alphabetically? i assume grouping?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Making Contacting list and making EMAIL/PHONE# list restrained to NAME collumn

Make sure you don't select just column A when sorting...

select any cell within the range of occupied cells and then sort by column A...

    that should work.

Believe it or not, this question and much simpler solution questions come up quite often.. this is one of the reasons we want to try to make titles of threads more accurately reflect the question... so that the forum is more searchable and you don't need to ask... just find a similar solution and apply

So, we'll keep it and maybe adjust the title... and if you can please mark as Solved... Thanks.
