Hello There,
For my A Level coursework I have to make a Cinema Spreadsheet. I have used drop downs from the forms toolbar. However I also need to keep a record of what films have been viewed etc. Normally if it was just writen into the cell it would be a simple =ScreenA!A2 formula.
However it is a drop down giving a number in the cell link show below...

What I was wondering is there a formula i could use such as a lookup or If formula so it can say for example IF Cell X = 1 than it would be Michael Jackson This Is It or something similar? I hope that makes sense... I'm not the best with formulas...
Sure. If you could just let us in on where the lookup would look to find Michael Jackson.is there a formula i could use such as a lookup or If formula so it can say for example IF Cell X = 1 than it would be Michael Jackson
<have to sit on my hands now not to include something silly about the whereabouts of MJ>

Avoid pie charts with more than two data points. Why? See here (pdf, 559 kb). The only acceptable pie chart is here.
