Info from form to list
I have created a form in Excel in which I put information on my clients and contacts. I have created a worksheet in the same workbook that is linked to the form so the info only has to be entered once. How do I reuse the form but retain the info in the worksheet? I have Excel 2007.

Form as in VBA User form? Or Form as in a layout on a sheet?
Your problem will be a lot easier to understand and solve if you supply a small data sample in a workbook. You can upload a file by clicking "Go Advanced" below and then the paper clip icon. Make sure to supply a "before" and "after" scenario and explain the logic that leads to the solution.
