Thread: Pivot table

Hi all, its been a while since I posted a question here but now I'm stuck (again).

Here is the data format:

BLACK BULL

4 J Robinson 9.30pm (r)(f)

BRUNTON THEATRE

Rocket 9.30pm (r)(f)

1 Session A9 7.30pm £14.50(£12.50)

HEBRIDES

Acoustic session with Bill Purves & George 4-7pm (r) (f)


That is how the data looks on the website, I want to be able to sort the data for a certain venue on a certain day. I can copy this data straight into excel but it all appears in Column A, Tuesdays data goes into Column B etc. Can I apply a pivot table to the raw data as it is or would I have to reformat the data and if so, can you suggest a macro?
I'm a bit crap at explaining so if anyone can help or needs more info then please do ask. Thank you.

Bump again, still haven't been able to find a solution for this, any ideas from the gurus here?
