I have two columns...

and so on.
What I wanted to do is have a column C in which I calculate automatically the difference of A and B...how do I write this formula and implement on C ??

Presuming your data starts in cell A1, enter in C1
=B1-A1
and press enter
Copy this cell and paste it along side all your data.
