I have table like this>

B Finansijski rashodi 0 2 0 2 0 2
Neoperativni i vanredni rashodi 0 2 0 2 0 1
Operativni rashodi 0 35 0 37 0 39
(blank) 45 0 40 0 40 0
B Total 45 39 40 41 40 42
For each mounth I have two groups (bud and act) they are in one colum and values are in other colum. I need to calculate difference between bud and act.

It is difficult to understand your table layouts as shown. Perhaps you could attach a sample copy of your worksheet with a description of what you would like the end result to be.

Hi dacamedic,
Find the attached with what I think you want. Pivot tables are very robust and have lots of hidden (for most of us) features. You need to drag the Amount down to the Summation box twice and then "Show Values As" (the second Amount2) differences between Budget and Actual.
Hope this helps. It will take a while playing with the attached to get better at understanding it.
