Hi Sailesh,

If there is no logic to where the "area" resides in each text string, I'm afraid finding a formula or even a macro to do this is going to be very difficult.

For example, if the area always followed the 10th space character, or it was always just before the last numeric data in the string, rules could be applied to extract the data.

Without some form of logic other than you knowing what is an area and what isn't, you're not going to have much luck.
