Thread: utf-8 CSV file fail for some machine

Dear all,

I am trying to generate utf-8 CSV file for user, but in the testing, I find that the unicode character in the utf-8 CSV file will fail to display on some user machine.

Any idea why some user will fail to display?

Solved, it is because Excel version is difference, user with SP2 will have no problem.
