14.400
it copy them in this format:

When you copy the cell(s) use Paste Special | Values and Paste Special | Formats to get the content and the formatting.

Ok, but the same problem occurs when i try to use "text to column" option. For example, if i have in A1:
Number - 14.400
if i use the dash "-" as a delimiter, in B1 the number is in this format "14.4", without the two zeros in the end.
Excel's default format is General. With that, you only see non-zero trailing decimal places. You need to apply number format and specify how many decimal places to show.

I tried this but if i have for example in A1 - 1000 and in A2 - 100 if i set the decimal place to 2 for A1 the result is 100 and for A2 - 100. Not correct.
And if i set the decimal places to 3 the result for A1 will be 1000 and for A2 - 1000. Not correct too.
Is there any other way?
How are you setting the number of decimal places for the cells?
You should choose: Home | Format | Format cells | Number tab | Number with 2 decimal places.
Not, as I suspect you are doing: Office Button | Excel options | Advanced | Automatically insert decimal places ... uncheck this option if it is checked.
If this doesn't help, please post a sample workbook with some typical data, that is, the type of data you are having issues with.

I uploaded an example file. I want to separate the numbers from the text using "text to column" option, but it separates the numbers without the zero values in the end.
See the updated example with your data extracted and formatted.
I've included images of the stages.
