Dear Excel Expert,
In my site, there is only one client computer occur this problem.
When this computer open the excel created by other computer,
We will find that one page is splited to few page in the printer priview of print break view.
Please find attached for the normal case, and the problem case.
The user can adjust the the margin on the print break view.
But he need to do that on every docuement before print.
I checked the page setting (The page also is A4), margin setting (the document margin are same) and the Printer Setting (All computer using same printer with same setting)
May I know are there any other setting I missed? and where it is?

I think this will more likely relate to your printer driver than Excel. You should check the the same driver is installed and that it is configured the same.
