Hello everyone .. Please help me to save my job !!
Test Data Template is my Tab in the Ribbon of the excel 2007.
My Task it to;
1) Put this new tab at 1 st in Ribbon (place of Home) – or
2) Change the color and make it unique from other tab of ribbon or.
3) Make it as active tab.
I have to implement atleast one to save my job.

I'm assuming you've used CustomUI to add the additional tab.
You will need to use insertBeforeMso="TabHome" within <tab>

You can not alter the colour of the tab, only the caption.

it's done now .. thanks a lot for your valuable advise ...
can you help me with task 2 .. change the tab color in a ribbion .. but just for 1 tab
1 tab has seperate unique and rest all has default color .,, is it feasible?
