Sorry, the discussion veered away from your specific question.....
Assuming you adjust the ranges then Teylyn's suggestion should give the same result as mine.....assuming you don't have blanks in column AL. I anticipated that you might have blanks in column AL and took account of that in my formula.
Percentages like this are tricky things, it's often relatively easy to determine the number of entries that meet the criteria....but for an percentage you need to also know what the "whole" is. The formula I suggested is taking all rows that have "factory quality" and a date in AL and where that date is <= the date in AH for the same row.....and dividing that number by the number of rows where just the first two criteria are true

don't get confused by us discussing intricacies. The formula daddylonglegs posted in post #5 and the one I posted in #4 should both work fine for your purposes. Different approaches, but they produce the same result.
