    Complicated Sumifs Formula

I am trying to use a sumif value to calculate the number of "kits" I have in a large list.

The list contains parent parts that have many child parts. The parent parts have no price, and I have to sum up the child parts based on a couple of indicators in other columns.

I have included a very simple example of this that explains it much better than I ever could here in words.

Hopefully this can use a complicate sumifs formula. (Complicated for me at least...)

    Thank you very much.

    Re: Complicated Sumifs Formula

I don't think SUMIF is really what you want to use, as it is used to locate cells that match specific criteria.

What I've included might be of use to you, it uses the IF and the SUM statements

    *EDIT*

The second formula states "This Formula Displays "0" once the value of E5-E10 goes below 4", it should say E14 through E16, i forgot to change the the words to go with the second example, but the formula is correct.
