    labels using align and centre

I need to create labels for posting. I have columns for name , address line 1 , etc. I have tried using Align and centre function without success. e.g. I put the following in a new cell :
=a1&" "&a2&" "&a3 etc. It worked partly but not correctly and i cannot edit the data in the new cell. I did previously increase the height of the cell to accomodate several lines of text. Please help.

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!

G2 is empty, the formula is actually in H2

For G3 use the Wrap Text option, along with Align Center and Horizontal. Either Home tab > Alignment. Or CTRL+1 to get format dialog and use Alignment tab.

    Many thanks Andy.
Someone helped me get it right up to a point.
    See attached file.labelsOct2011.xls
Is it possible to now arrange all the cells in column G in such a way that I can print labels (i.e. say 4 per row) ?
