Smile Formula for analyst over availiblity

    Hello

Im trying to create a formula and i think i just havent got my head around it,
Ill try and explain the best i can
what i need the formula to do is
in a cell i will have x amount of people and in the next cell i will have x amount of calls,
I need to break this down so that one person can take a call every 8mins so in one hour and if the value of calls exceed this then the percentage will go down by how many percentage a 8min call would be in one hour, i also dont want this to be a macro as i need to display this in a dashboard. there obviously will be more than one person so it could be 8 analysts and 30 calls i would like the percentage of that formula as explained above.
as i have been working on a spread sheet with macros attached it to this so hopefully someone can help me easier, so basically i want to find an excel formula to work out the percentage as the attached document is macros and it doesnt seem to convert,
    thanks in advance

You have a bunch of formulas in cells that reference non-existent functions ...
