    Vlookup or sumif

I am trying to use a vlookup or sum to match the first two columns and put the correct wages in the other two columns on the Master List. I am not sure what function I am suppose to use since I don't want it to sum other just the one with the correct names

    Possibly?

    =SUMIFS(Main!C$2:C$5,Main!$A$2:$A$5,$A2,Main!$B$2:$B$5,$B2)

copied down and to next column.

That's perfect...what if a cell is merged together. How can I use sumifs... or is it better to unmerge the cells

always better to unmerge cells... they will cause headaches...
